Drawing from his international experience in East London, Byron Bay, and Melbourne, and his commitment to community engagement through butchery classes and events at Marrow, Nick combines traditional techniques with modern culinary trends.

Free NZ shipping on orders over $100.
Local Milldale, Millwater and Red Beach orders can be delivered free (just leave a note at checkout).
All other NZ orders check here for shipping rates. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Free shipping to Australia on orders over $200, otherwise a flat $35 fee applies.
We're happy to refund or credit faulty items or incorrect sizing (sale items excluded). Just get in touch within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and make sure items are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
