Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

We use a range of delivery methods for all orders throughout New Zealand. All packages are tracked.

Please note: If you leave a comment allowing the courier to leave the parcel on your property in the event no one is home, you do so at your own risk. We are unable to to replace or credit your parcel in the event it goes missing.

We aim to dispatch orders all orders within 1 - 2 business days.

Tracked (North Island) 2-3 Days $8
Tracked (North Island Rural)
3-5 Days $15
Tracked (South Island) 2-3 Days $12
Waiheke Island  2-3 Days $15

 

International Shipping

We ship to Australia only at this stage.

International parcels are sent non tracked, to arrange tracking please email us prior to payment. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.

Furniture items are able to be shipped but we ask that the customer organises the shipping for these. 

Covid shipping restrictions - our courier company now charges us a Covid surcharge so we have had to increase our international charges, we will lower these when the surcharge has been lifted.  We are sorry for the inconvenience

Returns Policy for Online Customers

We are happy to refund you for any items that are faulty or are not the correct size. We are also happy to offer you a store credit. 

We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind.

If you have changed your mind we are happy to offer you a store credit. 

Sale items are not able to be returned. 

Promotional sales ie. Queens birthday/easter sale items are not able to be returned for either a credit or a refund. 

Please contact us if you wish to return your item with your order number.  We will authorise the return for you and issue a store credit or a refund if it falls into the category above.

Please contact us within seven days of delivery if you wish to return your item. 

Any longer than seven days we will not except the return. We are not responsible for lost items, therefore we suggest you track it. Please make sure the item is unworn, in original packaging and with original tags attached.

If we believe the item has been worn, damaged or is soiled in any way we will not except the return. Please contact us first to expect the item and to arrange a credit or replacement once the item has arrived.

Please allow up to two to three working days for your refund or store credit. 

Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer. 

 

Returns Policy for in store purchases 

This policy applies to purchases made in store only.  We will happily exchange any full price garment within seven (7) days of purchasing.  Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached along with the sale receipt.  Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.  Additionally no exchanges refunds or credit notes will be on sale items.
