The Reti + Rose Derma Roller is a great way to clear scars caused by acne and sun damage, uneven skin tone and texture, and fade fine lines by enhancing collagen production for a plumper, more even and toned complexion.
The tiny titanium needles create small pin pricks in the skins surface which stimulates the natural repair process and the production of collagen and elastin. Over time, this leads to a more plumper and firmer complexion.
How to Use
Ensure your Derma Roller has been sanitised before each use. (see sanitising details below). Cleanse the skin and pat dry. Roll horizontally over the forehead, cheeks and chin, back and forth, being careful to avoid the delicate eye area. Then go vertically over the same areas and finally, diagonally. Always move the roller from the centre of the face, going outwards.
We recommend using the Reti + Rose Facial Oil with Hyaluronic Acid after Derma Rolling to deeply hydrate and ensure the vitamins and nutrients sink deep into the skin.
When you first start using your Derma Roller, use light pressure until you know your comfort and tolerance to the needles, then you can slightly increase pressure. Use once to twice a week, preferably at night as you want to avoid sun exposure after use. It may also cause redness.
Avoid using the Derma Roller if you have eczema or psoriasis. For those with active acne, avoid rolling on cystic skin or an open wound caused by a pimple as it can spread bacteria over the face. It is recommended that you replace your roller every three months.
